Parasites are a common problem all over the world. Parasites, by definition are microorganisms that live off of and ultimately cause damage to the host. The parasites within the host not only live off the nutrients in the foods eaten, but they actually live off the host tissues as well. They can secrete toxins into the bloodstream that circulate and cause damage. Parasites are a constant drain on the host’s immune system.
